Ange is a compassionate, professional, and down-to-earth experienced Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting young people and adults to improve their wellbeing and achieve meaningful change. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Ange employs a holistic, strength’s-based approach in her practice, focusing on collaborative treatment for various mental health concerns. Utilising an eclectic approach to therapy, she is interested in trauma, emotional regulation, complex behavioural issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, neurodiversity, and broader societal challenges that impact wellbeing.
Ange has experience working with a broad range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Through a person-centred approach, she helps clients build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting positive change.
Ange has extensive experience across a range of mental health settings, including Child and Youth Mental Health Services, Older Persons Mental Health Services, Child Development Services, and Corrective Services. She has supported adolescents experiencing trauma, eating disorders, school refusal, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, while working collaboratively with families to strengthen relationships and promote secure attachment. Ange has also volunteered in a Residential Aged Care Facility, supporting older adults through life transitions and adjustment challenges. Her diverse clinical experience enables her to provide effective, compassionate support to individuals presenting with a broad range of mental health and developmental concerns across the lifespan.
Ange holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies (Psychology) and Graduate Diploma Psychology (Advanced).
